(My intentions are always set with love and healing, and is meant to create a safe way to integrete you back into loving yourself! )

I use a a few different healing modalities And i am really looking forward to helping you with these! They are:

Reiki- my most favorite- for energy healing and so much more- it dossnt involve touch the body too often and can bring on a deeper level of healing mental, emotional and spiritual! For a reset to feel refreshed in life or for those on a deeper healing journey there are so many different ways reiki can help!

Lakota raindrop therapy- i was truly gifted a special teaching in this one to be taught by a wonderful women who was taught from the lakota tribe themselves! Using a combination of oils on your back we restore health and healing of the body- and pain and more! With a little mix of reiki and a head/foot massage you will continue to experiance the healing benefits for 7 days and afterthroughout your everyday life!

Reflexology- is the coolest! Did you know your feet hold a map to the inside of your organs? Everything is all connected! More then just a foot massage hitting on certain spots we can help to relign release and move things out that aren’t helping

And Tactile-( head and back tickles)- this one is a new one that is too help regulate the the body into a calm, serene state! Helps to destress, regulate the nervous system and bring you back to a space of you!
