Using a sequence of essential oils that are known for their antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory properties, your therapist will apply them to your spine and feet while aiming to bring balance to the body. Raindrop therapy is said to help back pain relief, detoxification, stress relief and muscle relaxation. This form of therapy can help with cleansing of your whole body, renewal of yourself, and an invitation to heal your body systems.

Osteopathic Manual Therapists find and release restrictions and barriers that are getting in the way of the body’s own healing potential. Using a variety of assessment and hands on techniques, the ability to help yourself heal and restore normal body functions awaits. When your body is constantly over compensating for previous injuries or adaptations, pathways become obstructed within your movement patterns and normal every day structure and functions become chronic pain or discomfort. All students are consistently practicing their acquired skills in Swedish and non-Swedish techniques to assist in healing and maintaining musculoskeletal health and overall wellbeing. As they progress towards earning their advanced 2200hr diplomas, you can expect experience in assessments, relaxation, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, pregnancy, sports injury prevention and post injury treatments, and therapeutic relief of common conditions.

Foot soak in spa massage chair for 10 minutes, followed by a systemic procedure of techniques applied to the feet or hands to induce a healing response throughout the body. Promotes relaxation, improves circulation, reduces stress and can be beneficial in reducing symptoms associated with common foot or hand ailments such as trigger finger, acute or chronic pain, plantar fasciitis, tibial nerve impingement and much more.
